What materials are the products made from?
Products are 3D printed from durable PETG and PLA+ material, in small batches, finished by hand.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Custom, made-to-order items may take longer — we'll let you know after you order. See the shipping info for details.
Can I order a fully custom figure?
Yes! We can help whether that means designing and printing a brand new model, or making one from a file you already have (e.g. a CAD model, STL). Describe what you have in mind on the Custom request page (a reference photo, size, colour), and we'll work out the details and price together.
How can I track my order?
On the Track my order page — enter your order ID and email address any time to check its status.
What payment methods are available?
Card payment via Stripe's secure checkout, or bank transfer. See the payment info for details.
What if I'm not happy with the product?
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on most items. The exception is anything custom-made specifically for you. See the returns info for details.
How durable are the 3D-printed products?
PETG and PLA+ hold up well at room temperature under normal use, but like any printed plastic item, keep them away from direct sunlight, high heat, and drops.
