Terms & Conditions
1. Provider
Kothencz Martin e.v. (address: XXI. Budapest Vihorlát Út 23., tax no.: 92212880-1-43, reg. no.: 62564878, email: figurify.admin@gmail.com). These Terms apply to distance contracts concluded in the Figurify online shop.
2. Scope & acceptance
By placing an order the Customer accepts these Terms. The language of the contract is Hungarian; it is not filed by the Provider.
3. Products & prices
Key product features are described on each product page. Prices are in Hungarian forints (Ft) and include the total amount payable. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Ordering
The Customer orders the items in the cart via the checkout page. Pressing the pay/order button places an order with an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent by email.
5. Payment
Card payments are processed on the secure interface of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; the Provider never sees or stores card details. For bank transfer, orders are processed after the amount is credited.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms and fees are shown at checkout. Lead times may be longer for custom / made-to-order items; the Customer is informed accordingly.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Gov. Decree 45/2014. Details and the model form are in the Returns notice. Note that this right does not apply to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rules apply; the Customer may enforce claims for defective performance under Hungarian law.
9. Complaints & disputes
Complaints may be sent to figurify.admin@gmail.com. Consumers may turn to the competent conciliation board / consumer authority. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
